Stampin’ Up! Beautifully Happy CAS Birthday Card

I used the Stampin’ Up! Beautifully Happy stamp set bundle to create a quick birthday card to share with you today.  This fantastic goes away tomorrow when Sale-a-bration ends so be sure to get your orders in very soon so that you don’t miss it!

I started by applying 1″ strips of Post-It Note Tape along the edges of the Thick Basic White card base.  Then I used one of the Blending Brushes to apply Gray Granite ink to the center of the card base.  I inked the splatter image from the Beautifully Happy photopolymer stamp set ($100 level Sale-a-bration item) in Gray Granite ink and then stamped it across the center of the card front.

I removed the Post-It Note masks and then used the Stamparatus to stamp the large flower outline image from the Beautifully Happy stamp set in Evening Evergreen ink on the card front.  The Stamparatus is not required to stamp the image, it just makes it easier to line up and then restamp if the first image isn’t perfect.  I stamped the fill-in leaves and flower images in Soft Succulent, Orchid Oasis and Daffodil Delight inks on the card front.

I stamped the sentiment from the Beautifully Happy stamp set in Starry Sky ink on the card front and then added a single Rhinestone Basic Jewel to finish the card front.

I stamped the sentiment and flower images from the Beautifully Happy stamp set in Starry Sky, Evening Evergreen, Soft Succulent, Orchid Oasis and Daffodil Delight inks on a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.

I made this project out on Instagram this morning and you can see it here.
