I used the Stampin’ Up! Charming Duck Pond stamp set and Lily Pond Lane DSP (on sale through August for 15% off!) to create a fun card to share with you today.
My card design was inspired by Sketch Saturday #756.
I started by adhering a panel of patterned paper from the Lily Pond Lane 6″ x 6″ DSP (on sale for 15% off through August 31!) to the front of a Gray Granite card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Then I cut panels of Lily Pond Lane DSP with two of the Nested Essentials Dies.
Then I adhered the die cut panels to the card front with Stampin’ Seal and Stampin’ Dimensionals. I stamped the sentiment from the Charming Duck Pond stamp set in Pretty Peacock ink on a panel of Basic White card stock. Then I cut around the sentiment with one of the Stylish Shapes Dies.
I adhered the die cut sentiment with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front and then added three of the Adhesive-Backed Dappled Dots (restocking around August 26) to finish the card front.
I stamped the sentiment, cattails and lily pads on a panel of Basic White card stock in Pretty Peacock, Granny Apple Green and Gray Granite ink to finish the inside of the card.
