I used the Simply Sparkling stamp set bundle from Stampin’ Up!’s Online Exclusives to create a fun birthday card to share with you today. I made this project out on Instagram this morning and you can see it here.

My card design was loosely inspired by Freshly Made Sketches #614.
I started by embossing a panel of Basic White card stock with the crosshatch embossing folder from the Basics 3D Embossing Folders (Online Exclusive item). I adhered the embossed panel to a panel of Bubble Bath card stock with Stampin’ Seal and then to the front of a Bubble Bath card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered small pieces of Adhesive Sheets to the back of a panel of Bubble Bath paper from the Soft Shimmer Specialty Paper and then cut the paper with one of the Simply Sparkling Dies (Online Exclusive item). I adhered the die cuts to the card front with the Adhesive Sheets.

I stamped the can and strawberry images from the Simply Sparkling stamp set (Online Exclusive item) in Pebbled Path ink on a panel of Basic White card stock. Then I inked the swirl image from the Simply Sparkling stamp set in Bubble Bath ink over the can and strawberry images on the Basic White panel. I colored the strawberries and can with Light and Dark Smoky Slate, Bubble Bath and Lemon Lime Twist Stampin’ Blends Markers. I cut the can out with the coordinating die from the Simply Sparkling Dies and adhered it to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment from the Simply Sparkling stamp set in Pebbled Path ink on a panel of Bubble Bath card stock and then cut around it with one of the Simply Sparkling Dies. I adhered the die cut sentiment to the card front with Mini Glue Dots and then added six sequins from the Pastel Adhesive-Backed Sequins to finish the card front.

I stamped the strawberry image from the Simply Sparkling stamp set twice in Pebbled Path ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then colored the images with Light and Dark Bubble Bath and Lemon Lime Twist Stampin’ Blends Markers to finish the inside of the card.
