I saw two cute Easter Bunny treat holders out on Pinterest made with the Stampin’ Up! Fry Box Bigz L Die and I loved them both so much that I had to make them and share them with you today!

Sweet Sorbet Birthday Card In A Box – Stampin’ Up!
I’ve been seeing these fantastic little cards in a box all over Pinterest. A hostess requested one for a party on Thursday night so that prompted me to put one together. I found a quick tutorial out on Heidi Baks’ blog and you can see it here. The box that Heidi created fits inside a standard A2 size envelope, which is awesome! The base box goes together really quickly and you can decorate them as much or little as you’d like and I’ve seen them done with everything from cupcakes to flowers and butterflies. But I will warn you, they are very addicting…once you start making them, you won’t be able to stop! 🙂
Happy Thanksgiving With Magnificent Maple – Stampin’ Up!
Happy Thanksgiving! I hope that you all are enjoying time with family and friends today. We’re starting the day with a little 10K Run with 1,000 of our closest running friends here in Atlanta so we’ll be ready for some dessert after our meals. 🙂
I’m sharing a Thanksgiving card that I made with the Magnificent Maple and Tags 4 You stamp sets from Stampin’ Up! I made this for The Paper Players #173.
Stamp With Amy K Turns One Year Old Today!! Blog Candy Weekend To Celebrate!!
Wow, I can’t believe it…my blog turns one year old today! When I first started blogging I gave myself six months and I’d see what happened. Well, I’ve been overwhelmed with your positive response to my little stamping blog. You have all been so supportive, like my own little stamping family. And I can’t say thank you enough for following along on this journey. 🙂
I do have a quick birthday card and some blog candy to share but first I though that it would be fun to share a few of my blog stats with you:
- My blog has been viewed over 174,000 (wow…thank you!!)
- I’ve posted 371 blog entries (apparently I talk too much!!)
- You all have left me almost 2000 comments (wow again…thank you again!!)
- Over 800 of you follow along with my blog on a daily basis (wow, wow, wow!!)
And just for fun, I thought that I’d show you my very first card. My blogging style has changed a lot since then (and so have my photography skills!). If you want to see my very first post, click here.
I thought that I’d also show you your favorite card (based on the number of times it has been viewed) that I’ve posted. This is one of my favorites too! If you want to see the original blog post, click here.

Alright, enough about my blog…here is a quick birthday card that I made with the Sassy Salutations stamp set and a Pretty Presents Designer Bow from Stampin’ Up! I made a card a few weeks ago with one of these bows and mentioned that it looked like Minnie Mouse. I finally made a Minnie Mouse card to share with you.
Tag a Bag Gusseted Halloween Gift Bag
I saw a video from a presenter at Stampin’ Up!’s 2013 Convention where she demonstrated how to turn one of the flat Tag a Bag Gift Bags into a gusseted bag. It’s a really simple process so I thought I’d show you one that I made for Halloween. I’m also adding this to my Tutorials list so that you can find the instructions back quickly if you’re interested.
My bag design was inspired by the CAS(E) This Sketch #39 and The Paper Players Fall Theme Anything But a Card Challenge.
Small Heart Punch Four Leaf Clovers
Today I’m sharing another St. Patrick’s Day card, I made this one for the Retro Sketches #52 Challenge, which was a challenge were we could pick any of the previous challenges and recreate it. I picked Sketch Challenge #33. Here is the sketch:
And here is my card:
Happy Birthday Heart Flowers
Hope that you all enjoyed your holiday and I hope that Santa brought you everything that you wanted. Does it mean that I’m getting old when I ask for and am excited to receive a new vacuum for Christmas?? My husband was happy that I didn’t ask for stamps for once. 🙂
Today, I’m sharing a card that I made using a couple of Stampin’ Up heart shapes.
Turkey Time! Name Tags and Napkin Rings for Thanksgiving
I saw a cute little turkey on Split Coast Stampers and I knew that I needed to make some for Thanksgiving this year. These are really fun and basically use a bunch of punches and a lot of glue! This would be a great activity to do with your kids too.
