Stampin’ Up! Softly Sophisticated Hello There Card for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

I used the Stampin’ Up! Softly Sophisticated stamp set to create my project for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop.  We’ve got a sketch challenge this week and this is what I made for it.

Stampin' Up! Softly Sophisticated Hello There Card

Here is sketch that we’re using this week:

I started by adhering two panels of Glorious Gingham 6″ x 6″ DSP to a panel of Basic White card stock with Stampin’ Seal.  Then I wrapped a strand of Linen Thread around the panel three times and tied a bow.  I adhered the layered panel to the Berry Burst card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the flower and sentiment images from the Softly Sophisticated photopolymer stamp set (Sale-a-bration item) in Lemon Lime Twist and Berry Burst inks on a panel of Basic White card stock.  I cut the image out with one of the Radiating Stitches Dies (Online Exclusive item).

I adhered the die cut to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals and then added two Berry Burst gems from the Tinsel Gems 4-Pack to finish the card front.
