Stampin’ Up! Easter Bunny Spring Card for the Inkin’ Krew Blog Hop

Welcome back to another Inkin’ Krew blog hop!  Our very talented team is doing a blog hop featuring Stampin’ Up! products.  This month we are all creating projects with a “celebrate spring” theme and I’m featuring the Easter Bunny stamp set and Easter Bunny Punch for my card.

Stampin' Up! Easter Bunny Spring Card

My card design was inspired by My Favorite Things Wednesday Sketch Challenge 688.

I started by adhering a panel of Lighter Than Air 6″ x 6″ DSP to the front of a Lemon Lolly card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Then I adhered a strip of Glorious Gingham 6″ x 6″ DSP and a strip of Lighter Than Air DSP to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.  I stamped the grass and butterfly images from the Easter Bunny photopolymer stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then colored it with Light and Dark Lemon Lime Twist, Lemon Lolly and Bubble Bath Stampin’ Blends Markers.

I stamped the sentiment from the Excellent Eggs photopolymer stamp set in VersaMark ink on the Basic White panel, sprinkled it with white embossing powder (returning fall 2024) and then heat embossed it.  I used a Blending Brush to apply Tahitian Tide ink around the edges of the Basic White panel and then adhered the stamped panel to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the bunny image from the Easter Bunny stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then colored the bunny with Light and Dark Crumb Cake and Bubble Bath Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I punched the bunny out with the coordinating Easter Bunny Punch and adhered it with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front.  I added two of the Rainbow Adhesive-Backed Dots to finish the card front.
