I used the Stampin’ Up! Layers Of Beauty stamp set from the upcoming 2024-2025 Annual Catalog to create my project for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop. We’ve got a sketch challenge this week and this is what I made for it.

Here is the sketch that we’re using this week:

I started by stamping the floral image from the Layers Of Beauty stamp set (available May 1) in Basic Beige ink (available May 1) on a panel of Country Woods DSP (available May 1). I used Light Petal Pink, Soft Sea Foam and Lemon Lolly Stampin’ Blends to color the images on the DSP panel.

I adhered the stamped DSP panel to a panel of Basic White card stock with Stampin’ Seal and the to a Basic Beige card base (card stock available May 1) with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I stamped the sentiment from the Layers Of Beauty stamp set in Basic Beige ink on a panel of Basic White card stock. Then I inked the woodgrain image from the Textured Timber stamp set (Online Exclusive) in Basic Beige ink, stamped it on scrap paper and then stamped it over the sentiment.

I cut the sentiment out with one of the Everyday Details Dies (restocking around May 6) and then adhered it with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front. I added two Iridescent Pearl Basic Jewels to the sentiment to finish the card front.

I stamped the floral image from the Layers Of Beauty stamp set in Basic Beige ink on a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
