I used the Stampin’ Up! Classic Wedding stamp set bundle from the upcoming November 5 Online Exclusives to create…a fall birthday card!  I love the car image and wanted to see if I could come up with a non-wedding card design with it.  I also did a video tutorial for this card and you can see it right here.

I started by trimmed down one of the panels of patterned paper from the Splendid Autumn 6″ x 6″ DSP to 3-7/8″ x 5-1/8″ and then adhered it to a panel of Cajun Craze card stock with Stampin’ Seal.  I adhered the layered panel to the front of an Early Espresso card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the lined car image from the Classic Wedding photopolymer stamp set (Online Exclusive item available November 5) in Early Espresso ink on a panel of Basic White card stock.  Then I stamped the “fill-in” car image from the Classic Wedding stamp set in Cajun Craze, Pool Party and Basic Gray inks over the lined image.  I cut the car with the Classic Wedding Dies (Online Exclusive item available November 5) and adhered it with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I applied small pieces of adhesive sheets to the back of a panel of Textured Metallic Specialty Paper and then cut the paper with the bumper, taillights, window and trim dies from the Classic Wedding Dies.  I adhered the die cut pieces to the card front with the Adhesive Sheets.

I applied a small piece of adhesive sheets to the back of a panel of Cherry Cobbler card stock and then cut the paper with the taillights die from the Classic Wedding Dies.  I used the Adhesive Sheets to adhered the die cut taillights to the card.  I stamped the sentiment from the Beach Day photopolymer stamp set in VersaMark ink on a panel of Crushed Curry card stock, sprinkled it with silver embossing powder from the Metallics Wow! Embossing Powder and then heat embossed it.  I cut the sentiment with one of the Peaceful Season Dies and then adhered it with Mini Glue Dots to the card front.  I added two Basic Gray pearls from the Basic Gray & Smoky Slate Pearls near the car to finish the card front.

I stamped the sentiment from the Beach Day stamp set in Early Espresso ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then adhered a strip of Splendid Autumn DSP to finish the inside of the card.
