Christina Rizzo made this fantastic candle.  Christina is a stamper and team member from Las Vegas, NV.  Christina mentioned that she stamped the image on tissue paper, colored it and then wrapped the tissue paper around the candle and melted it lightly with the Heat Tool to adhere the tissue paper to the candle.
