I used the Stampin’ Up! Layering Leaves stamp set to create my project for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop. We’ve got a theme challenge this week and this is what I made for it.
Here is the theme that we’re all using this week:
I started by cutting a panel of Blueberry Bushel card stock to 5-1/2″ x 7-1/2″ and then scoring it at 4-1/4″. I adhered two panels of patterned paper from the Winter Meadow DSP (Online Exclusive item) together and then to the left side of the Blueberry Bushel card base with Stampin’ Seal.
I adhered a small length of Silver & White 1/2″ Sheer Ribbon in a “v” to the card front with Stampin’ Seal. Then I stamped the sentiment from the Layering Leaves photopolymer stamp set in Blueberry Bushel ink on a panel of Basic White card stock. I cut around the sentiment with one of the Stylish Shapes Dies and then adhered it to a circle punched with the 2-3/8″ Circle Punch (Online Exclusive item) from Brushed Silver & Gold Foil Specialty Paper with Stampin’ Seal.
I cut a panel of Blueberry Bushel card stock with one of the Spotlight On Nature Dies and then adhered the layered sentiment circles with Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the layered circles to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added three gems from the Pecan Pie & Clear Ribboned Adhesive-Backed Dots (Online Exclusive item) to finish the card front.
I adhere a panel of Winter Meadows DSP and a panel of Basic White card stock to the inside of the card to finish it.
