I used the Stampin’ Up! Ocean Friends stamp set bundle to create a quick hello card to share with you today.  I also made this card out on my Instagram account this morning and you can find it here.

My card design was inspired by CAS Colours & Sketches Challenge #552.

I started buy stamping the bubble images from the Ocean Friends photopolymer stamp set in Summer Splash ink across the corner of a Summer Splash card base.  Then I embossed a panel of Crumb Cake Two-Tone Cardstock with the Soft Wave 3D Embossing Folder.  I tore the corner off the embossed panel and then adhered the embossed panel to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I cut a panel of patterned paper from the Friend Of The Ocean DSP with the crab and lobster dies from the Ocean Friends Dies.  I adhered the die cut pieces to the card front with Mini Glue Dots.  Then I brushed Wink Of Stella over the Crumb Cake panel to add a little shimmer.

I stamped the sentiment from the Ocean Friends stamp set in VersaMark ink on a panel of Lemon Lime Twist card stock, sprinkled it with white embossing powder from the Basics Wow! Embossing Powder and then heat embossed it.  I cut the sentiment out with one of the Wonderful Thoughts Dies and adhered it to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I adhered two Sunny Day Iridescent Dots to finish the card front.

I stamped the lined lobster image from the Ocean Friends in Pumpkin Pie ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then I inked the solid lobster image in Pumpkin Pie ink, stamped on scrap paper and then stamped over the lined image to finish the inside of the card.
