I used the Stampin’ Up! Delightful Wishes stamp set bundle to create a birthday card for the Sunday Stamps color challenge this week.

Here are the colors for Sunday Stamps SSC354. Be sure to stop by the challenge blog to play along too!
My card design was inspired by Sketch Saturday #769.
I started by embossing a panel of Basic White card stock with the Distressed Tile 3D Embossing Folder. I adhered the embossed panel to the front of a Thick Basic White card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Then I adhered a wide strip of patterned paper from the Floral Delight DSP to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.

I cut a panel of Basic White card stock with the octagon die from the Memorable Blooms Dies and then adhered the die cut to the card front with Stampin’ Seal. I stamped the floral images from the Delightful Wishes stamp set in Peach Pie, Lemon Lolly and Pecan Pie inks on Basic White card stock and then cut the images out with the Delightful Wishes Dies. I stamped the leaf image from the Delightful Wishes stamp set in Old Olive ink four times on a panel of Basic White card stock and cut the images out with the coordinating leaf die from the Delightful Wishes Dies. I adhered the die cut flowers and leaves to the card front with Mini Glue Dots.

I stamped the sentiments from the Delightful Wishes stamp set in Pecan Pie and Old Olive inks on a panel of Basic White card stock and then cut the sentiments out with the coordinating Delightful Wishes Dies. I adhered the die cuts to the card front with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals. I cut a Mini Glue Dot in half and then used the half dots to adhere two Tiny Bee Trinkets to finish the card front.

I adhered a strip of Floral Delight DSP to the bottom of a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
