I used the Stampin’ Up! Sunrise Sailing stamp set bundle from the upcoming May 6 Online Exclusives to create a congratulations card to share with you today. I also did a video tutorial showing you how to create this on my YouTube channel here.
I started by adhering a panel of Blueberry Bushel patterned paper from the Regals 6″ x 6″ DSP to the front of a Blueberry Bushel card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Then I embossed a panel of Pool Party card stock with the Sunrise Sailing Hybrid 3D Embossing Folder (Online Exclusive item available May 6) and then used a Small Blending Brush to apply Coastal Cabana ink to the waves area of the embossed panel.
I used a Sponge Dauber to apply White Craft Ink Refill to the clouds on the embossed panel. Then I adhered the embossed panel to a panel of Real Red card stock with Stampin’ Seal. I stamped the sentiment from the Sunrise Sailing photopolymer stamp set in Blueberry Bushel ink on a panel of Lemon Lolly card stock and then cut the sentiment out with one of the Stylish Shapes Dies. I adhered the die cut to the card front with Mini Glue Dots.
I stamped the sailboat image from the Sunrise Sailing stamp set in Blueberry Bushel ink on a panel of Basic White card stock. Then I stamped the “fill-in” images in Real Red and Pecan Pie inks over the lined image. I cut and embossed the sailboat image with the coordinating Sunrise Sailing Hybrid Embossing Folder and Dies (Online Exclusive item available May 6) and then adhered the die cut to the card front with Mini Glue Dots. I added two Blueberry Bushel dots from the Tinsel Gems Four-Pack to finish the card front.
I stamped the sentiment and boat images in Blueberry Bushel, Real Red and Pecan Pie inks on a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
