Stampin’ Up! Pretty Florals Hello Card for the Sunday Stamps

I used the Stampin’ Up! Pretty Florals stamp set bundle to create my card for the Sunday Stamps color challenge this week.

Here are the colors for Sunday Stamps SSC357.  Be sure to stop by the challenge blog to play along too!

I started by adhering a panel of patterned paper from the Florals In Bloom DSP (available May 6) to the front of a Secret Sea card base (card stock available May 6) with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Then I cut a panel of Basic White card stock with one of the Texture Notes Dies (Online Exclusive item).

I stamped the floral images from the Pretty Florals photopolymer stamp set (available May 6) in Old Olive, Gorgeous Grape, Blackberry Bliss and Darling Duckling (available May 6) on a panel of Basic White card stock.  The “fill-in” images were stamped on scrap paper once before stamping over the detailed images.  Then I die cut the images with coordinating Pretty Florals Dies (available May 6) and then adhered the die cuts to the Basic White die cut panel with Mini Glue Dots.  I wrapped a strand of Linen Thread around the panel twice and tied a bow, then adhered the die cut to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensaionals.

I stamped the sentiment from the Sweet Blooms photopolymer stamp set (available May 6) in VersaMark ink on a panel of Blackberry Bliss card stock, sprinkled it with white embossing powder from the Basics Wow! Embossing Powder and then heat embossed it.  I cut the sentiment out with one of the Nested Essentials Dies and then adhered the die cut to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I adhered three Darling Duckling pearls from the 2025-2027 In Color Flat Pearls (available May 6) to finish the card front.

I stamped the floral images from the Pretty Florals stamp set in Old Olive and Blackberry Bliss inks (stamped off once for the fill-in image) on Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
