I used the Stampin’ Up! Delightful Wishes stamp set to create my project for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop. We’ve got a theme challenge this week and this is what I made for it.

Here is the theme that we’re all using this week:

I started by scoring a panel of patterned paper from the Floral Delight DSP at 2″, 5″ and again at 8″. Then I folded the DSP panel on the score lines back and forth on top of itself and I adhered the layered panel to a panel of Old Olive card stock with Stampin’ Seal. I cut a panel of Old Olive card stock two times with one of the Textured Notes Dies (Online Exclusive item).

I stamped the stem and leaf images from the Delightful Wishes stamp set in Pecan Pie and Old Olive inks on a panel of Basic White card stock. Then I inked part of the sentiment from the Delightful Wishes stamp set in Pecan Pie ink and stamped it on the Basic White panel. I used a Blending Brush to apply Pool Party ink to the edges of the panel and then adhered the stamped panel to one of the Old Olive die cuts with Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the layered panel to the card front (with adhesive only located on the left side of the panel) with Stampin’ Seal.

I stamped the flower images from the Delightful Wishes stamp set in Daffodil Delight, Lemon Lolly and Pecan Pie inks two times on a panel of Basic White card stock. I cut the stamped images out with the coordinating Delightful Wishes Dies and then adhered the die cuts with Mini Glue Dots to the card front. I adhered three Tiny Bee Trinkets to the card front with Mini Glue Dots to finish the card front.

I stamped the stem, leaves and flower images from the Delightful Wishes stamp set in Pecan Pie, Old Olive, Daffodil Delight and Lemon Lolly inks on a panel of Basic White card stock. I adhered the stamped panel to the second Old Olive Textured Notes die cut with Stampin’ Seal. Then I adhered the layered panel to the inside of the card.
