I used the Stampin’ Up! Coneflower Celebrations stamp set bundle to create a birthday card to share with you today. I also did a video tutorial showing you how to create this on my YouTube channel here.
My card design was inspired by TGIF Challenges #525.
My card was also inspired by The Paper Players PP738.
I started by using a Blending Brush to apply Coastal Cabana ink to the center of panel of Basic White card stock. I inked the dotted image from the Coneflower Celebrations photopolymer stamp set with Coastal Cabana ink, stamped it on scrap paper and then stamped it across the panel. I embossed the panel with the Forever Plaid 3D Embossing Folder (Online Exclusive item) and then adhered the panel to the front of a Thick Basic White card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I stamped the flower, stem, leaves and butterfly images from the Coneflower Celebrations stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then colored the leaves and stem with Light and Dark Old Olive Stampin’ Blends Markers and the flower with Light and Dark Lemon Lolly and Pecan Pie Stampin’ Blends Markers. I colored the butterfly image with Light and Dark Timid Tiger and Smoky Slate Stampin’ Blends Markers and then cut all of the images with the coordinating Coneflower Celebrations Dies. I adhered the die cut stem and leaves with Mini Glue Dots and Multipurpose Liquid Glue and the butterfly and flower with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I stamped the sentiment from the Coneflower Celebrations stamp set in Timid Tiger ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then cut around it with one of the Texture Notes Dies. I adhered the die cut sentiment to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals and then added three Timid Tiger dots from the 2025-2027 In Color Flat Pearls to finish the card front.
I stamped the sentiment and butterfly images from the Coneflower Celebrations stamp set in Pecan Pie and Tuxedo Black Memento inks on Basic White card stock and then colored the butterfly with Light and Dark Timid Tiger and Smoky Slate Stampin’ Blends Markers. I inked the dot image from the Coneflower Celebrations stamp set in Coastal Cabana ink, stamped it on scrap paper and then stamped it across the bottom of the Basic White card stock panel.
