Stampin’ Up! All Zipped Up Popsicle Birthday Card

I used the Stampin’ Up! All Zipped Up stamp set to create a fun popsicle birthday card to share with you today!  I also created this card in a quick video out on YouTube this morning and you can see that video right here.

Stampin' Up! All Zipped Up Popsicle Birthday Card

I started by embossing a panel of Basic White card stock with one of the Glass & Gardens Embossing Folders (Online Exclusive item).  Then I stamped the sentiment from the All Zipped Up stamp set (Online Exclusive item) in Melon Mambo ink on the panel.  I adhered the embossed panel to a panel of Basic White card stock with Stampin’ Seal and then adhered the layered panel to the Thick Basic White card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I cut a panel of patterned paper from the Full Of Life DSP with one of the Everyday Arches Dies (Online Exclusive item restocking around July 14) three times.  Then I slid the die up about 1/4″, lined up the stitches and then rolled the bottom of the die cuts through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine again to trim off the bottom of the die cuts.  I cut a panel of Country Woods DSP with one of the openings in the More Messages Dies (Online Exclusive item) two times.  I snipped the die cuts in half and adhered the “sticks” to the back of the die cut popsicles with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I adhered the die cut popsicles to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals and then added two Pretty In Pink gems from the Strawberry Slush & Pretty In Pink Gems (Online Exclusive item) to finish the card front.

I stamped the sentiment from the All Zipped Up stamp set in Melon Mambo ink on a panel of Basic White card stock.  Then I cut another popsicle from the Full Of Life DSP, trimmed it down smaller and adhered it next to the sentiment to finish the inside of the card.

I made a slightly different version of the card on YouTube today.  The second card features Coastal Cabana ink and Pool Party gems from the Shades Of Green Hexagons.
