Stampin’ Up! Fright Night Halloween Trifold Fun Fold Card With Video Tutorial

I used the Stampin’ Up! Fright Night stamp set bundle and the Everyday Arches Dies to create a trifold card to share with you today.  I also did a video tutorial showing you how to create this on my YouTube channel here.

Stampin' Up! Fright Night Halloween Trifold Fun Fold Card

I started by cutting three panels of Basic Black card stock with the largest die from the Everyday Arches Dies (Online Exclusive item).  Then I adhered a strip of patterned paper from the Spooky Sweet DSP (Online Exclusive item) to a larger panel of Spooky Sweet DSP with Stampin’ Seal.  I cut the panel twice with the second largest die from the Everyday Arches Dies.  I adhered the two die cut DSP panels to two of the Basic Black die cuts with Stampin’ Seal.

I adhered one of the pre-printed die cuts from the Spooky Sweet DSP with Stampin’ Dimensionals to one of the DSP panels.  I stamped the sentiment from the Fright Night stamp set (Online Exclusive item) in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a panel of Granny Apple Green card stock and then cut it out with the coordinating Fright Night Dies (Online Exclusive item).  I adhered the die cut sentiment with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the panel and then added three Shimmer Star Foam Stickers to the panel.

I adhered two more of the pre-printed die cuts from the Spooky Sweet DSP to the second DSP arch with Stampin’ Seal.

I adhered another strip of Spooky Sweet DSP to a panel of Basic White card stock and then cut the panel with the second largest die from the Everyday Arches Dies.  I stamped the sentiment from the Spooky Halloween stamp set (Online Exclusive item) in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on the die cut panel.  I adhered three more pre-printed die cuts from the Spooky Sweet DSP to the panel with Stampin’ Seal and then adhered the die cut to the final Basic Black die cut arch with Stampin’ Seal.

I adhered 1-1/2″ x 3″ panels of Basic Black card stock that had been scored in the center to the back of the three panels to create the “hinges” to hold the card together to finish the card.

Woohoo!  Eleven states have upcoming Back-to-School Sales Tax Holidays this year and some Stampin’ Up! items qualify for the tax break in those states!

The states with upcoming tax holidays are:  Arkansas, Florida, Massachusetts, Missouri, New Mexico, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and West Virginia.  So if you live in one of those states take a second to download the spreadsheet below and mark your calendar!

Here is the list of states having sales tax holidays, what the dates are and what supplies will be tax free during the holiday (click on the image to download a full-size printable page):

Please note that you must place your order with Stampin’ Up! during the tax holiday period in your state in order to receive these items tax-free (which is midnight on the first day to midnight on the last day of the tax holiday).  Also, keep in mind that this is a state sales tax holiday; the state statute may not apply to county, city, and special jurisdiction taxes.

For those wondering about Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, New Jersey, and Wisconsin, those states have suspended the sales tax holiday this year.
