I used the Stampin’ Up! Perfectly Pears stamp set bundle to create a thank you card to share with you today. I also created this card in a quick video out on YouTube this morning and you can see that video right here.
My card design was inspired by Freshly Made Sketches 696.
I started by adhering a panel of patterned paper from the Painterly Pears DSP (Online Exclusive item restocking around August 11) to the front of a Secret Sea card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Then I cut another panel of Painterly Pears DSP with one of the Nested Essentials Dies. I snipped the die cut banner in half and then adhered the die cut to the card front with Stampin’ Seal so that there is about a 1″ gap between the pieces.
I stamped the sentiment from the Perfectly Pears photopolymer stamp set (Online Exclusive item) on Basic White card stock in Secret Sea ink. I cut around the sentiment with one of the Stylish Shapes Dies and then adhered it with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I cut a panel of Painterly Pears DSP with the coordinating flower and pear dies from the Perfectly Pears Dies (Online Exclusive item). I adhered one set of flowers with Mini Glue Dots to the card front.
I adhered the pear, stem and flower images to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added two Low Profile Sparkle Dots (Online Exclusive item) to finish the card front.
I adhered a strip of Painterly Pears DSP with Stampin’ Seal to finish the inside of the card.

Tax Free Holidays Coming Soon – Save On Stampin’ Up! Supplies!

Please note that you must place your order with Stampin’ Up! during the tax holiday period in your state in order to receive these items tax-free (which is midnight on the first day to midnight on the last day of the tax holiday). Also, keep in mind that this is a state sales tax holiday; the state statute may not apply to county, city, and special jurisdiction taxes.
For those wondering about Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, New Jersey, and Wisconsin, those states have suspended the sales tax holiday this year.
