I used the Stampin’ Up! Friendly Foliage stamp set bundle from the upcoming November 4 Online Exclusives to create my project for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop. We’ve got a color challenge this week and this is what I made for it.

Here are the colors that we’re all using today:

I started by adhering a strip of patterned paper from the Peaceful Garden DSP (restocking around October 27) to a Thick Basic White card base with Stampin’ Seal. Then I adhered another panel of Peaceful Garden DSP to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.

I stamped the foliage frame image from the Friendly Foliage stamp set (Online Exclusive item available November 4) in Secret Sea ink on a panel of Basic White card stock. I cut the image out with the Friendly Foliage Dies (Online Exclusive item available November 4). I cut a Basic White panel twice with the small greenery die from the Friendly Foliage Dies and then adhered the die cuts to the back of the die cut frame with Mini Glue Dots. I adhered the die cut frame to the card front with Mini Glue Dots.

I tied a bow with Linen Thread and adhered it to the card front with a Mini Glue Dot. Then I stamped the sentiment from the Friendly Foliage stamp set in VeraMark ink on a panel of Secret Sea card stock, sprinkled it with white embossing powder from the Basics Wow! Embossing Powder and then heat embossed it. I cut the sentiment out with one of the Textured Notes Dies and then adhered it to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added two Hues Of Blue embellishments to finish the card front.

I stamped the greenery image across the bottom of a panel of Basic White card stock in Secret Sea ink to finish the inside of the card.
