I used some of the cute Christmas Tags & More Mix & Match Specialty DSP from Stampin’ Up! to create some Christmas gift bags to share with you today. I also did a video tutorial showing you how to create this on my YouTube channel right here.
I started by scoring two panels of patterned paper from the Christmas Tags & More 6″ x 6″ Mix & Match Specialty DSP at 1″ and 5″. Then I turned the paper 90 degrees and scored it again at 1″ and 5″. I folded the panel along one side to expose the “flip” side of the paper and then adhered the folded panel down with Stampin’ Seal.
I snipped up the score line on the bottom of the panel and then folded all of the score lines in. I adhered the sides and bottom of the bag together with Stampin’ Seal. I cut the tag panel of Christmas Tags & More Mix & Match Specialty DSP into 2″ x 3″ pieces and then adhered two of the pieces together with Stampin’ Seal.
I adhered the layered tag to the bag with Stampin’ Seal. Then I punched the top of the bag with one of the Hole Punch Assortment punch four times (twice on each side). I adhered the ends of 7″ lengths of Real Red 1/2″ Shiny Ribbon on the inside of the bag.
I adhered one of the die cut pieces from the Christmas Tags & More Mix & Match Specialty DSP to the tag with Mini Glue Dots and then adhered one of the Greetings For You Mix & Match Ephemera Pack sentiment stickers to finish the bag.
I created a second bag that is a little different size. I scored the 6″ x 6″ DSP at 1-1/2″ x 4-1/2″ and then turned the papers 90 degrees and scored it again at 3/4″ and 4-1/2″. The rest of the bag assembly was the same as the first bag.

Stamp With Amy K Reverse Advent Calendar Food Pantry Donations
I’ve been pondering little ways to give back and say thank you to my awesome customers for ordering with me this year. I’ve decided to do a “Reverse Advent Calendar” through through December 11!
If you’re not familiar with the Reverse Advent Calendar, rather than getting something every day, I’ll be donating the items of the day to the Randolph Food Pantry in Randolph, NJ! One item of the day will be donated for every order placed through me that day!
I know that it’s technically not advent right now…but I wanted to get the donation to the pantry before Christmas since I am hearing that the pantries around me are running low on resources.
The items will change every day, so there should be a nice variety of things donated thanks to you all! I’ll plan to post the donation item of the day on my blog and on my Facebook page so that you can see what your order will donate! You won’t need to do anything, I’ll keep a running list of everything that will be donated based on your orders and I’ll purchase the items and take them to the pantry in mid-December!
The donation item for day two is a jar of peanut butter! So I’ll be donating a jar of peanut butter to the Randolph Food Pantry for every order placed through me today!
