I used the Stampin’ Up! Pop-Up Petals stamp set bundle to create a thank you card to share with you today. I also did a video tutorial showing you how to create this on my YouTube channel right here.
I started by cutting a panel Basic White card stock with one of the Textured Notes Dies (Online Exclusive item). Then I used a Blending Brush to apply Lemon Lolly ink to the die cut panel. I stamped the sentiment from the Pop-Up Petals stamp set (Online Exclusive item) in Old Olive ink on the Basic White panel and then adhered the die cut to a Coastal Cabana card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I stamped flower image from the Pop-Up stamp set in Old Olive ink six times on a panel of Basic White card stock. I stamped the fill-in flower center from the Pop-Up Petals stamp set in Lemon Lolly ink over the six flower images and then stamped the flower petals in Flirty Flamingo, Peach Pie and Fresh Freesia ink two times each over the lined images. I colored the leaves with the Light Lemon Lime Twist Stampin’ Blends Marker and then cut the flowers out with the coordinating Pop-Up Petals Dies (Online Exclusive item).
I stamped the vase images from the Pop-Up Petals stamp set two times each in Coastal Cabana, Crumb Cake and Lemon Lime Twist inks on a panel of Basic White card stock and then cut them out with the coordinating Pop-Up Petals Dies. I adhered the Crumb Cake, Peach Pie, Lemon Lime Twist and Fresh Freesia stamped images to the card front with Mini Glue Dots and the Flirty Flamingo and Coastal Cabana images with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Then I added two Brushed Brass Butterflies to finish the card front.
I scored the 5-1/4″ x 8-1/4″ Basic White card stock panel at 4-1/8″ and then used the smaller pop-up die to cut the panel at the score line three times. I adhered the three sets of flowers and vases together with Multipurpose Liquid Glue and then adhered the vases to the pop-up mechanism on the Basic White panel.
I stamped the sentiment from the Pop-Up Petals stamp set in Old Olive ink on the Basic White panel and then adhered the panel inside the Coastal Cabana card base with Stampin’ Seal.
