I used the Stampin’ Up! Sunshine & Tulips stamp set bundle to create a for a friend card to share with you today. I also did a video tutorial showing you how to create this on my YouTube channel right here.
I started by cutting a panel of Lemon Lime Twist card stock with the large tulip die from the Sunshine & Tulips Dies. Then I stamped the leaves image from the Sunshine & Tulips stamp set in Garden Green ink over the die cut leaves images. I adhered strips of Fresh Freesia, Lemon Lolly, Balmy Blue and Flirty Flamingo card stocks to the back of the die cut tulip openings with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
I wrapped a strand of Linen Thread around the die cut panel twice and then tied a bow. I adhered the die cut panel to the front of a Thick Basic White card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I adhered small pieces of Adhesive Sheets to the back of panels of Highland Heather, Daffodil Delight, Azure Afternoon and Melon Mambo card stocks and then cut the panels with the detailed tulip dies from the Sunshine & Tulips Dies. I adhered the detailed die cuts over the die cut openings with the Adhesive Sheets.
I cut a panel of Basic White card stock with one of the Sunshine & Tulips Dies and then stamped the sentiment from the Sunshine & Tulips Dies in Melon Mambo ink on the die cut. I stamped the tulip images from the Sunshine & Tulips stamp set in Lemon Lolly and Daffodil Delight inks. I adhered the die cut sentiment to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals and then added three dots from the Easter Assortment to finish the card front.
I stamped the tulip and leaves images from the Sunshine & Tulips stamp set in Garden Green, Daffodil Delight and Lemon Lolly inks on a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
