Stampin’ Up! Lovely Arrangements Sending Smiles Card for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

I used the Stampin’ Up! Lovely Arrangements stamp set bundle to create my project for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop.  We’ve got a theme challenge this week and this is what I made for it.

Stampin' Up! Lovely Arrangements Sending Smiles Card

Here is the theme that we’re all using this week:

I started by adhering a panel of patterned paper from the Lovely Blossoms DSP (Online Exclusive item) to the front of a Secret Sea card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Then I adhered a panel of Secret Sea card stock to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.

I adhered another panel of Lovely Blossoms DSP to a panel of Basic White card stock with Stampin’ Seal and then adhered the layered panel to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I tied a small bow from Linen Thread and then adhered it to the card front with Mini Glue Dots.

I stamped the sentiment from the Lovely Arrangements stamp set (Online Exclusive item, restocking around February 2) in VersaMark ink on a panel of Secret Sea card stock, sprinkled it with white embossing powder from the Basics Wow! Embossing Powders and then heat embossed it.  I cut the sentiment out with the coordinating Lovely Arrangements Dies (Online Exclusive item) and then adhered it to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added two Moody Palette Glossy Dots (Online Exclusive item) to finish the inside of the card.

I stamped the sentiment and flower images from the Lovely Arrangements stamp set in Secret Sea ink on a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
