Changes Coming Soon To Stampin’ Up!’s Product Lineup!

Stampin’ Up! made some announcements today about changes coming to their stamps, stamp and die packaging and Stampin’ Write Markers.  Here are the updates:

Cling Stamps (Red Rubber)

Stampin’ Up! has decided to discontinue their cling stamp line due to challenges in sourcing the necessary raw materials.  While they currently have access to enough raw materials to continue production for the time being, the supply has become increasingly inconsistent, and certain key raw materials are no longer being manufactured.  They’re choosing to make this change now to ensure a smoother, more strategic transition—with minimal disruption.  They will continue to offer a wide range of photopolymer stamps to support various artistic styles and techniques. Cloud Cover Ink Pad Update

As you may have heard, there have been some issues with the Cloud Cover ink pad.  Stampin’ Up! has provided an update to us related to that ink pad.

Here are the details:

The issue with our Cloud Cover ink is complex.  An unforeseen, rare chemical reaction occurred when the Cloud Cover ink was paired with the firm foam used in our Classic Stampin’ Pads, resulting in a shift in the color of the ink.  While there’s no silver lining to reverse the chemistry causing the fluctuation in color, Stampin’ Up! has identified several ways to make the most of the situation.
