I used the Stampin’ Up! Capturing Smiles stamp set bundle to create a quick card to share with you today.

My card design was inspired by CAS on Friday #329.
I started by adhering a panel of patterned paper from the Homemade Sweetness DSP (Online Exclusive item) to the font of a Thick Basic White card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Then I adhered two strips of Homemade Sweetness DSP to the left side of the card front with Stampin’ Seal. I stamped the camera image from the Capturing Smiles stamp set (Online Exclusive item) in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a panel of Basic White card stock. Then I colored the image with Light and Dark Gray Granite Stampin’ Blend Markers.

I stamped the “tag” looking image and circle image from the Capturing Smiles stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a panel of Basic White card stock. I cut the stamped images with the coordinating Capturing Smiles Dies (Online Exclusive item) and then cut a panel of Basic Black card stock with the “thicker” circle die from the Capturing Smiles Dies. I adhered the layered die cut circles together with Multipurpose Liquid Glue and then to the “tag” die cut with Stampin’ Seal. I adhered the tag die cut to the larger camera die cut with Stampin’ Seal.

I pulled a length of Gray Granite thread from the Baker’s Twine Essentials Pack through the hook on the camera die cut and tied a knot. I adhered the camera to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I stamped the sentiment from the Nature’s Symphony stamp set in VersaMark ink on the card front, sprinkled it with black embossing powder from the Basics Wow! Embossing Powders and heat embossed it. I cut a panel of Strawberry Slush card stock with the heart die from the Capturing Smiles Dies and adhered it to the center of the camera with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added two Strawberry Slush dots from the Strawberries & Dots (Online Exclusive item) to finish the card front.

I stamped the small camera image from the Capturing Smiles stamp set in Gray Granite ink on a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
