For my card share today, I used the Happy Day stamp set and a new embossing folder from the Stampin’ Up! 2013 Holiday Catalog called Stylish Stripes.  My card design was inspired by the Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge #188 and the colors were inspired by The Paper Players Challenge #154.

I started by embossing a Crushed Curry panel with the Stylish Stripes Embossing Folder and adhering it with SNAIL to a Baked Brown  Sugar panel.  I adhered a panel of Eastern Elegance DSP to a panel of Bermuda Bay, then to the card front with SNAIL.  Next, I cut a strip of Baked Brown Sugar card stock with the Large Scallop Edgelits die, embossed it with the Houndstooth Embossing Folder and adhered it to the card front with SNAIL.  I adhered a strip of Crushed Curry 3/4″ Chevron Ribbon and two strips of Bermuda Bay 1/8″ ribbon around the card front with SNAIL.

Then I stamped the images and sentiment from the Happy Day stamp set in Baked Brown Sugar, Crushed Curry and Bermuda Bay ink on a Whisper White panel.  I adhered the panel to a Bermuda Bay panel with SNAIL, then to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I finished the card front by adhering a Baked Brown Sugar In Color Boutique Details with a Glue Dot to a 7/8″ Scallop Circle Punch from Crushed Curry card stock and a 1″ Circle Punch from Bermuda Bay card stock.  Then I adhered the layered card front to a Bermuda Bay card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the Happy Day images again on a Whisper White panel in Baked Brown Sugar, Crushed Curry and Bermuda Bay ink to complete the inside of the card.
