Mr. & Mrs. with Gold Embellished Events

I used the new Gold Foil Sheets and a little Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder to create a wedding card to share with you today.  My card design was inspired by Mojo Monday 306.

Embellished Events

I started by embossing a Whisper White panel with the Beautifully Baroque Embossing Folder.  I adhered the embossed panel to a panel of the Gold Foil Sheet with SNAIL, then to a Whisper White card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Then I embossed a Tea Lace Paper Doily in gold.  To do this, I simply patted my VersaMark ink pad down on the edges of the doily until they were completely covered with ink.  Then I sprinkled it with Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat embossed it.  Since the center would be covered with layers, I didn’t worry about embossing that completely.  I adhered the doily to the card front with SNAIL.

Then I embossed a Whisper White Circles Collection Framelits die cut with the Pretty Print Embossing Folder and adhered it to the card front with SNAIL.  I embossed a small Whisper White panel with the Fancy Fan Embossing Folder, adhered it to a panel of the Gold Foil Sheet then adhered it to the card front with SNAIL.  I stamped the wedding bell images from the Embellished Events stamp set and the Mr. & Mrs. sentiment (two times) on Whisper White panels in VersaMark ink, sprinkled them with Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat embossed them.  I punched the bells out with the 1-3/4″ Circle Punch and adhered them to a Circles Collection Framelits die cut from Gold Foil Sheets with SNAIL, then to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I adhered the sentiment to a Gold Foil strip with SNAIL then to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I hand cut the “&” sign from the second image and adhered it with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front.

Petite Pairs

I stamped the sentiment from the Petite Pairs stamp set in VersaMark ink on a Whisper White panel, sprinkled it with Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat embossed it, then adhered a strip of Gold Foil Sheet and Whisper White card stock to complete the inside of the card.
