A Banner Christmas Stamp-a-Stack Card

My upline Sandi MacIver and I have both created easily reproducible cards using the A Banner Christmas stamp set from Stampin’ Up! to share with you today.  We wanted to show you some cute cards that you could quickly recreate and that could be mailed with a single stamp.  And we’re both providing you the costs to create a stack of cards!

A Banner Christmas

I started by adhering a panel from the Season of Style DSP Stack to a panel of Whisper White card stock with SNAIL.  Then I adhered the layered panel to a Cherry Cobbler panel, then to the Crumb Cake card base with SNAIL.

A Banner Christmas 1

I stamped the “Christmas” and JOY sentiments from the A Banner Christmas in Cherry Cobbler ink on a Whisper White panel, then cut out the Christmas sentiment with an Ovals Collection Framelits die.  I cut out the JOY sentiment banners with my Paper Snips (since they are straight lines they were very quick to cut) and adhered them to the oval with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  Then I ran four strips of Season of Style Designer Washi Tape across a Whisper White panel and I cut the panel with an Ovals Collection Framelits die.  I adhered the two ovals together, then to the card front with SNAIL and I added three rhinestones to the lower right corner for the finishing touch.

Petite Pairs

I finished the inside of the card by stamping the sentiment from the Petite Pairs stamp set in Crumb Cake ink on a Whisper White panel, then adhering a leftover strip of the DSP across the bottom.

Here is the cost breakdown for creating 48 cards (this is assuming that you already have the stamp set, Oval Framelits and SNAIL adhesive):

  • 1 Pack Crumb Cake Card Stock (120953) $6.95
  • 12 Sheets Cherry Cobbler Card Stock (119685) $3.48
  • 18 Sheets Whisper White Card Stock (100730) $3.83
  • 1 Pack Season of Style Designer Series Paper Stacks (132181) $6.95
  • 1 Pack Rhinestone Basic Jewels (119246) $4.95
  • 1 Pack Season of Style Designer Washi Tape (132155) $4.95
  • 1 Pack Stampin’ Dimensionals (104430) $3.95

Total $35.06 or $0.73 per card

You can use the different sizes of Rhinestones, different designs in the Season of Style DSP Stack and different designs of the Season of Style Designer Washi Tape to change up your cards and maximize your supplies.  You can make 48 additional cards by purchasing another pack of Season of Style Designer Series Paper Stacks (132181) $6.95, 1 Pack of Rhinestone Basic Jewels (119246) $4.95 and 1 Pack of Crumb Cake Card Stock (120953) $6.95 for a total of $18.85 or $0.39 per card for the second batch.
