I used the Magnificent Maple and Wonderfall stamp sets from Stampin’ Up! to create my card today.  I stamped all of the images on Designer Series Paper to add a little something different.  My card design was inspired by Retrosketches #78.

I started by embossing a panel of Crushed Curry Core’dinations Card Stock with the Argyle embossing folder, then sponging the edges with Chocolate Chip ink.  I adhered the embossed panel to a panel of Sweater Weather DSP, then to a Chocolate Chip card base with SNAIL.  Then I sponged a panel of Natural Composition Specialty DSP with Chocolate Chip ink, adhered it to a panel of Chocolate Chip card stock, then to the card front with SNAIL.  Next, I adhered a strip of the 1-1/4″ Burlap Ribbon to the card front with Sticky Strip.

I cut the leaf and acorn images from Sweater Weather DSP with the Autumn Accents Bigz Die.  Then I stamped the Wonderfall images on the DSP die cuts and I stamped the Magnificent Maple image on another DSP panel in Chocolate Chip ink.  I hand cut the Maple image with my Paper Snips and I adhered the leaves and acorn together with SNAIL, then to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I stamped the sentiment from the Four You stamp set in Chocolate Chip ink on a Sweater Weather DSP panel, cut it out with the smallest Labels Collection Framelits die, sponged the edges with Chocolate Chip ink and adhered it with SNAIL to a Chocolate Chip Core’dinations die cut from the Label Card Thinlits Die set (that label is just a little smaller than the next size up label from the Labels Collection Framelits die set) that had been sanded.  I adhered the layered sentiment to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals and tied Natural Linen Thread through a Naturals Designer Button and adhered it to the card front with a Glue Dot.

To finish the inside of the card, I stamped the Magnificent Maple image on a Sahara Sand panel.
