I used the Wonderfall and Harvest of Thanks stamp sets and the Sweater Weather DSP from Stampin’ Up! to create my card to share with you today. My card design was inspired by the CAS(E) This Sketch #43 and The Paper Players #161 Fall Themed Card.
I started by adhering a panel of Sweater Weather DSP to a Chocolate Chip panel, then to a Crushed Curry card base with SNAIL. Then I adhered a smaller panel of Sweater Weather DSP to a panel of Chocolate Chip card stock, then to the card front with SNAIL. I punched out a 1″ Circle from Chocolate Chip card stock, pierced the center in four places, embossed it with the Woodgrain Embossing Folder, traced around the edges and the holes with my Chocolate Chip Stampin’ Write Marker to give it a little definition, then adhered it to the card front with SNAIL.
I stamped the images from the Wonderfall stamp set in Crushed Curry, Tangerine Tango, Chocolate Chip and Sahara Sand ink on a Whisper White panel. Then I cut the shapes from scrap paper using the Autumn Accents Bigz Die and lightly adhered the stencils over the stamped images with just a touch of SNAIL. I sponged around the images with Chocolate Chip ink, then lifted the scrap paper stencils off and discarded them. I adhered the stamped panel to a Chocolate Chip panel, then to the card front with SNAIL. Next, I stamped the sentiment from the Harvest of Thanks stamp set in Chocolate Chip ink on a Whisper White panel, cut it out with the Bitty Banners Framelits Die and adhered it to the card front with SNAIL. I finished the card front by tying Natural Linen Thread through a Naturals Designer Button and I adhered it to the card front with a Glue Dot.
I finished the inside of the card by adhering a strip of Sweater Weather DSP to a strip of Chocolate Chip card stock, then to a Whisper White panel with SNAIL.
