I used the Wetlands stamp set from Stampin’ Up! to create a masculine birthday card.  I’m replenishing my supply after all of the September and October male birthdays in my family!  I combined The Paper Player #170 and the Sweet Sunday Sketch #196 for this card.

The background for my card is two of the Sweater Weather DSP patterns adhered to a Tangerine Tango panel, then to a Chocolate Chip card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added a strip of the 1-1/4″ Burlap Ribbon across the card using Sticky Strip to adhere it.

The main image and sentiment from the Wetland stamp set (wood mount and clear mount) were stamped in Chocolate Chip ink on Very Vanilla panels.  I added two Tangerine Tango Candy Dots from the Brights Candy Dots pack to the main image and I stamped the grass image in Crushed Curry ink over the sentiment.  The sentiment was punched out with the Large Oval Punch and layered over a Scallop Oval Punch from Chocolate Chip card stock.

The inside panel of the card was stamped with the grass image in Crushed Curry and Chocolate Chip inks.
