Today I’m sharing a birthday card that I made with the Apothecary Art stamp set from Stampin’ Up!  The colors for my card were inspired by the Dynamic Duos #81 Color Challenge.

I started by rounding the corners on a panel of Midnight Muse and a Pink Pirouette card base with my Envelope Punch Board.  Then I stamped the Very Vintage Jumbo Wheel image on a strip of Pink Pirouette card stock in Midnight Muse ink and  I adhered the stamped image to the Midnight Muse panel.

I colored a panel of Midnight Muse DSP (from the 2012-14 In Color DSP Stacks) with my Pink Pirouette Stampin’ Write Marker, rounded the corners with the Envelope Punch and I adhered it to a panel of Pink Pirouette then to the card front.  I punched the ends of two Gold Foil Sheet strips with the Hexagon Punch and embossed one with the Fancy Fan Embossing Folder and the other with the Pretty Print Embossing Folder and adhered them to the card front as well.

I stamped the Apothecary Art (wood mount and clear mount) image in VersaMark Ink and heat embossed it with Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder.  Then I used my Stamp-a-ma-jig and I stamped the sentiment in VersaMark ink and heat embossed it with Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder as well.  I colored the flowers on the image with my Midnight Muse Stampin’ Write Marker and cut it out with the Labels Collection Framelits die.  I adhered it to a Midnight Muse Labels Collection Framelits die cut, then to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I finished the card by adhering the decorated card front to the card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I finished the inside of the card by rounding the corners of the Whisper White panel with the Envelope Punch then adhering a leftover strip of the Midnight Muse DSP that I’d colored with my Pink Pirouette Stampin’ Write Marker.
