I’ve got a sneak peek at some new products from the upcoming 2014 Occasions Catalog from Stampin’ Up! to share with you today.  There are some fabulous new items in this catalog and  I’m showing off the new Language of Love stamp set, Gold Sequin Trim, Gold Fancy Foil Designer Vellum and the Watercolor Wonder Designer Washi Tape on my card.

And it’s Tuesday so the Design Team at Try Stampin’ on Tuesday has some fantastic creations for you to see.  This is my card for the Try Stampin’ on Tuesday Sketch 146.

I started by layering some of the new Gold Fancy Foil Designer Vellum (available Jan. 3) over a Gold Foil Sheet.  I adhered the Vellum to the Gold Foil Sheet with a few Glue Dots hidden under the hearts.

I wrapped a piece of Whisper White 5/8″ Organza Ribbon around the Gold Foil Sheet panel, then adhered some of the new Watercolor Wonder Designer Washi Tape (available Jan 3) over it.  I added two rows of the beautiful new Gold Sequin Trim (available Jan 3).  Then I adhered the panel to a Whisper White card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I cut the sentiment from Gold Foil Sheets using the Expressions Thinlits Dies and I adhered it to a Whisper White panel that was layered over another Gold Foil Sheet.  I adhered the sentiment panel to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I finished the card front by adhering the hearts that I stamped with the new Language of Love stamp set (available Jan 3) in VersaMark Ink, heat embossed with Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder, then punched out with the Small Heart Punch.

I finished the inside of the card by wrapping another piece of the Watercolor Wonder Designer Washi Tape around a Whisper White panel, then adding two more little heart images from the Language of Love stamp set.
