I used the Petite Petals and Happy Day stamp sets along with a little of the Sale-a-bration exclusive Sweet Sorbet DSP from Stampin’ Up! to create my card to share today.  My card design was inspired by Fab Friday 35.

I started by embossing a panel of Pool Party card stock with the Decorative Dots Embossing Folder (Sale-a-bration item).  I added a little section of a Tea Lace Paper Doily and a strip of Pool Party 1/2″ Seam Binding Ribbon, adhering both with SNAIL, to the panel and I adhered the panel to a Basic Black card base with SNAIL.

I used my Stamp-a-ma-jig to stamp the sentiment from the Happy Day stamp set (wood mount and clear mount) in VersaMark Ink on a panel of Sweet Sorbet DSP (Sale-a-bration item), sprinkled it with Black Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat embossed it.  I adhered the stamped panel to a Basic Black card stock panel, then to the card font with SNAIL.

I punched a 1-1/4″ Circle Punch from Pool Party card stock and a 1″ Circle Punch from Basic Black card stock and adhered them to each other, then to the card front with SNAIL.  I stamped the image from the Petite Petals stamp set (wood mount and clear mount) in Pool Party ink on a Whisper White panel, punched it out with the Petite Petals Punch and adhered it with a Stampin’ Dimensional to the card front.  I finished the card front by adding a Basic Black Candy Dot from the Neutrals Candy Dots pack.

I finished the inside of the card by adhering a strip of Sweet Sorbet DSP to a strip of Basic Black card stock, then to a Whisper White panel.
