I pulled out two Stampin’ Up! stamp sets that I haven’t used in awhile to make a shaker card.  I used Sweets for the Sweet and You’re Amazing to create a card for Dynamic Duos #91 and The Paper Players #184.

I must admit, I started out with completely different idea about how I was going to put this card together.  I was going to have the White Vellum over the top with the little confetti dots behind it, but I thought the colors were too muted so I switched it around a little and put a Window Sheet over the stamped Vellum panel.  If I were to do it over again, I think I’d have just stamped the images on Whisper White card stock.  I just didn’t want you to wonder why I layered the confetti pocket the way that I did.  🙂

So…after all of that explanation, I started by stamping the images from the Sweets for the Sweet stamp set (wood mount and clear mount) in VersaMark Ink on a panel of White Vellum, sprinkled them with White Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat embossed them.  I used my Stamp-a-ma-jig to help with placement of the stamped images.  I flipped the vellum panel over and colored the images on the back side with my Stampin’ Write Markers.

Then I stamped the sentiment from the You’re Amazing stamp set (wood mount and clear mount) in StazOn Jet Black Ink on a Window Sheet panel. I layered the Window Sheet over the vellum panel, then added a Whisper White Panel behind the vellum and I adhered the three panels together on three sides with strips of Retro Fresh Designer Washi Tape.

I punched ten Wild Wasabi, Melon Mambo and Tangerine Tango circles with the punch from the Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack and I slid them between the Window Sheet and Vellum panel, then taped the top of the panel closed with a final strip of Retro Fresh Designer Washi Tape.

I finished the card front by adhering the shaker pocket to a panel of Melon Mambo card stock with SNAIL, then to a Wild Wasabi card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped some lollipops inside the card in Tangerine Tango, Wild Wasabi and Crumb Cake inks.  I also added the sentiment from the Remembering Your Birthday stamp set (wood mount and clear mount) in Wild Wasabi ink.
