I used one of my all-time favorite stamp sets from Stampin’ Up! called By the Seashore to create a card to share with you today.  I made this card for the Monday Lunchtime Sketch 303.

I started by stamping the Hardwood background stamp (wood mount and clear mount) in Pacific Point ink on a Soft Sky Core’dinations Card Stock Panel (from the Subtles Core’dinations Card Stock pack).  I adhered the stamped panel to a Pacific Point card base with SNAIL.

I cut two pieces of Pacific Point 1-1/4″ Striped Grograin Ribbon and one piece of Summer Starfruit 1-1/4″ Striped Grograin Ribbon, rolled the top ends over and adhered the raw end to itself, then adhered the ribbon strips to the card front with SNAIL.  I layered a panel of High Tide DSP over a panel of Pacific Point card stock with SNAIL, then adhered it to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals on the left and Multipurpose Liquid Glue on the right.

I inked the image of the words from the By the Tide stamp set (wood mount and clear mount) in Soft Sky ink, stamped it on scrap paper once, then stamped it on a Soft Sky panel.  I stamped the images from the By the Seashore stamp set (wood mount and clear mount) in Calypso Coral, Smoky Slate and Summer Starfruit ink, using the same stamp off method over the Soft Sky panel.  Then I stamped the sentiment from the Sassy Salutations stamp set (wood mount and clear mount) in Pacific Point ink on the Soft Sky panel.

I punched out the sentiment with my 2-1/2″ Circle Punch and layered it over a Circles Collection Framelits die cut from Pacific Point card stock, then adhered the layered circles to the card front with Stampin Dimensionals under the right side and SNAIL under the left.  I tied pieces of Silver Baker’s Twine through three Basic Metal Buttons and adhered them to the card front with Glue Dots to finish it.

I stamped the By the Seashore and By the Tide images again (after stamping them off on scrap paper once) on a Soft Sky panel inside the card.
