I used the Choose Happiness and the hostess exclusive Hello There stamp sets from Stampin’ Up! to create my card for Freshly Made Sketches 141. I’m loving the colors in the All Abloom DSP Stack!
This is one of those cards that I really needed to draw out on my Grid Paper, that pack of paper works so well for sketching things out so that I don’t ruin a bunch of DSP or card stock cutting it all to the wrong size! Once I had my card sketched out, I cut part of a sheet from the All Abloom DSP Stack into 1″ strips, then into 1″ squares and 2″ rectangles.
I adhered the DSP strips to strips of Pistachio Pudding card stock, then to a Strawberry Slush panel with SNAIL. I adhered the layered panel to a Mossy Meadow card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I colored the flower image from the Choose Happiness stamp set with my Strawberry Slush and Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Write Markers and stamped it on a square of Whisper White card stock. I stamped the flower image again on a Post-it Note and trimmed around it to create a mask. I placed the mask over the flower image and stamped the leaf image from the Choose Happiness stamp set in Pistachio Pudding ink around the flower.
I stamped the sentiment from the Hello There stamp set in Mossy Meadow ink over the flower image, then adhered the stamped panel to a panel of Pistachio Pudding card stock with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Finally, I adhered the layered square to the card front with SNAIL.
Since this card is not a standard size, I also made an envelope with the Envelope Punch Board using a sheet of Mossy Meadow DSP from the 2014-16 In Color DSP Stacks.
I colored the flower image from the Choose Happiness stamp set again with my Stampin’ Write Markers and stamped it on a Whisper White panel inside the card.

Hi Amy. I have a quick question on your All A Bloom Caard. Love it!!!! What size were the layers that you put all the squares on. That would really help in making the card.

Thanks Pat! Here are the measurements for the Pistachio Pudding layer – four 1-1/8″ x 1-1/8″ squares, four 1-1/8″ x 2-1/8″ rectangles, and one 2-1/8″ x 2-1/8″ square. The All Abloom layer measurement are – four 1″ x 1″ squares, four 1″ x 2″ rectangles. And the Whisper White measures – 2″ x 2″ square.
