Pictogram Punches Anniversary Card – Stampin’ Up!

I used the Pictogram Punches stamp set from Stampin’ Up! to create an anniversary card to share today.  Thought that I’d give you a little break from the Holiday Catalog items for a minute.  🙂

Pictogram Punches - Stamp With Amy K

My card design was inspired by Pals Paper Arts 216.

I started by adhering a panel of Back to Black DSP to a panel of Basic Black card stock with SNAIL.  I stamped the sentiment from the Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp set in StazOn Jet Black Ink on a panel of Real Red card stock, then adhered the stamped panel to the Basic Black card stock panel with SNAIL.

I wrapped a piece of Basic Black 1/8″ Taffeta Ribbon around the panel and adhered it with SNAIL.  Then I adhered the layered panel to a Real Red card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the vase image from the Pictogram Punches stamp set in StazOn Jet Black Ink on a Whisper White panel.  I stamped the little flower images in Real Red ink on a Whisper White panel, punched them out with the matching Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack punch and adhered them with a touch of Multipurpose Liquid Glue to the vase image.

I cut a panel of Basic Black card stock with the Apothecary Accents Framelits Die and I used my Paper Piercing Tool to put holes through the tabs on the ends.  I placed a Candy Dot Brad Base through each hole, then added a medium sized Pearl Basic Jewel to the center of each brad.  I adhered the die cut to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals, then adhered the vase image to the die cut with SNAIL.  I added a small Pearl Basic Jewel to the center of each flower to finish the card front.

I stamped the vase and flower images from the Pictogram Punches stamp set in StazOn Jet Black and Real Red inks (using my Stamp-a-ma-jig to help with placement) on a Whisper White panel inside the card.

  1. I agree with mggleeson! Your card is classic with great color choices and clean lines. The apothecary framelit is the perfect, yet subtle oomph factor 🙂 Hmmm, and I need an anniversary card for my parents – guess where I’m going now! Thanks Amy 😉

  2. Hi Amy… I just had to leave you a message and say wow – what a beautiful card! I absolutely adore the color she chose I love the clean lines and I love how you also stamped inside. I’m a huge fan of your work and way to go for being a pals pick!
