Stampin’ Up! Festival of Trees With Stars

I used the Stampin’ Up! Festival of Trees and Wondrous Wreath stamp sets to create my card today.  I also used the Confetti Stars Punch to add a few stars…okay, maybe more than a few.  🙂

Festival of Trees - Stamp With Amy K

My card design was inspired by Freshly Made Sketches #161.

I started by adhering a panel from the Trim the Tree Designer Series Paper Stack to a panel of Cherry Cobbler Car Stock with SNAIL, then to a Garden Green card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Festival of Trees 2 - Stamp With Amy K

I stamped the sentiment from the Wondrous Wreath photopolymer stamp set in VersaMark Ink on a panel of Cherry Cobbler card stock, sprinkled it with Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat embossed it.  Then I punched across the top the panel with the Confetti Stars Punch and adhered the panel with SNAIL to a panel cut from Gold Foil Sheets.

Wondrous Wreath - Stamp With Amy K

I wrapped 1/8″ Gold Ribbon around the panel and adhered it with SNAIL, then adhered the stamped panel to the card front with SNAIL.  I punched a few stars with the Confetti Stars Punch from Gold Foil Sheets and I adhered them randomly on the stamped panel with a touch of Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Festival of Trees 1 - Stamp With Amy K

I stamped the dot image from the Festival of Trees photopolymer stamp set in VersaMark Ink on a Whisper White panel, sprinkled it with Cherry Cobbler Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat embossed it.  Then I stamped the tree image in Garden Green ink over the ornaments, punched the tree out with the matching Tree Punch and adhered it with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front.  I punched a star from the Gold Foil Sheets with the punch from the Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack and I adhered it with a Glue Dot to finish the card front.

I stamped the sentiment from the Wondrous Wreath stamp set in Garden Green ink on a Whisper White panel inside the card.  Then I adhered a strip of Garden Green card stock and a strip from the Trim the Tree DSP Stack to finish the inside.
