My November Paper Pumpkin Kit from Stampin’ Up! arrived yesterday so I tore right in and put it together.
The Paper Pumpkin kit was called Simple Snowflake and it created a set of 8 holiday cards and 12 gift tags.
The kit came with a photopolymer stamp set, a Lost Lagoon Ink Spot, 8 die cut snowflake cards, 8 white die cuts for the cards, 15 Lost Lagoon snowflake die cuts, 15 Silver Foil snowflake die cuts, 24 die cut tags, 8 squares to stamp the sentiment inside the cards, 24 Silver Foil reinforcers for the tags, 8 envelopes, Silver Baker’s Twine, 50 Rhinestones, 3 yards of Silver Washi Tape and 100 Glue Dots. There were a lot of peices!
This is the card that the kit created. The die cut snowflakes are so pretty and I love that they even included die cuts to decorate the envelopes.
The inside of the card is just as pretty as the outside.
These are the tags, the Silver Foil is really shiny and pretty in real life.
So neat that the tags are double layered with Silver Washi Tape across the bottom. I’m already looking forward to my kit next month!

You’re quick! My kit arrived Friday, but I haven’t had a chance to make it yet. However, I really like the design!
I liked this design too, Heather! And I love that I’ve got 8 more holiday cards done and ready to send out. 😉
My kit has not yet arrived but this is a nice preview. I am looking forward to it! Thanks for sharing.
You are welcome Terri! Have fun making your cards and tags!! 🙂
Wow!! You are super fast 🙂 I just got my kit yesterday too and I was looking it over while you were probably putting it together, lol! Thanks for showing me the way you put it together. I was even thinking that some of the tags might look good as a card adaptation. That’s the beauty of Paper Pumpkin 🙂 I really think my son has designs on my kit though, he eyed it pretty hard and thought it would be great for him to give out to his teachers. He gave me the pretty please, this is so cool look 😉
I loved this kit too and had the same idea as your son…this would be perfect for the kids teachers! 🙂
I have never bought a kit because I always wonder what stuff will be in it that I will never use. Seeing what you’ve created may cause me to reconsider. Perhaps in the future kits would be great gifts for crafty family members.
Thanks for you nice comments Melanie. This kit was definitely fabulous!!
