I used the new photopolymer stamp set from Stampin’ Up! called Lovely Amazing You and a little of the new Sheer Perfection Designer Vellum Stack to create my card to share today.

I saw this fantastic card that Claire Daily created and I loved it so much that I had to make a version of my own.  🙂

I started by coloring a strip cut from the Sheer Perfection Designer Vellum Stack (Sale-A-Bration items) with my Lost Lagoon, Pool Party and Pear Pizzazz Stampin’ Write Markers.  I did a quick zap with my Heat Tool on the low setting to dry the ink so that I wouldn’t accidentally smudge it, then adhered the vellum to a Whisper White card stock panel with SNAIL.

I adhered the Whisper White/Vellum panel to a panel of Lost Lagoon card stock with SNAIL, then adhered the layered panel to a Pear Pizzazz card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment from the Lovely Amazing You photopolymer stamp set in Lost Lagoon ink on a panel of Pool Party card stock, then stamped the butterfly image from the Nature’s Perfection stamp set (Sale-A-Bration item) over the sentiment in Pool Party ink.

I adhered the stamped panel to the card front with SNAIL, then adhered another thin strip of Pool Party card stock to the other side of the Lost Lagoon panel with SNAIL as well.  I pulled a strand of Linen Thread through a Lost Lagoon button from the In Color Accessory Pack (Sale-A-Bration item), tied a bow and adhered the button to the card front with a Glue Dot.

I stamped the butterfly image from the Nature’s Perfection stamp set in Pear Pizzazz, Pool Party and Lost Lagoon inks on a Whisper White panel inside the card.
