Stampin’ Up! Lovely Amazing You Wishes Your Way

I used the photopolymer stamp set from Stampin’ Up! called Lovely Amazing You to create my card to share today.  I just love this stamp set, great sentiments and the font is so pretty!

Lovely Amazing You - Stamp With Amy K

My card design was inspired by CAS(E) this Sketch #117.

The colors for my card were inspired by Can You Case It #64.

Screen Shot 2015-04-08 at 11.38.30 AMAnd the die cuts were inspired by The Paper Players #239.  I pulled out a die that I haven’t used in ages…the Beautiful Wings Embosslits!

Screen Shot 2015-04-08 at 11.38.56 AMI started by stamping the sentiment from the Lovely Amazing You photopolymer stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink on a Whisper White card stock panel.  I adhered the stamped panel to a panel of Basic Black card stock with SNAIL and to a Crisp Cantaloupe card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Lovely Amazing You 2 - Stamp With Amy K

I stamped the envelope images from the Lovely Amazing You stamp set in Pistachio Pudding ink on a separate panel of Whisper White card stock, then I stamped the little heart images in Crisp Cantaloupe ink over the envelope images.  I cut out the six images with my Paper Snips and adhered them to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Lovely Amazing You 3 - Stamp With Amy K

I used the Beautiful Wings Embosslits die to cut the butterflies from Crisp Cantaloupe and Pistachio Pudding card stocks.  I adhered the butterflies together with a dot of Multipurpose Liquid Glue and then to the card front with a Glue Dot.

Lovely Amazing You 1 - Stamp With Amy K

I colored a single Rhinestone Basic Jewel with a black Sharpie Marker and I adhered it next to the sentiment to finish the card front.

Lovely Amazing You 4 - Stamp With Amy K

I stamped the little heart image from the Lovely Amazing You stamp set across the bottom of a Whisper White card stock panel in Crisp Cantaloupe ink on the inside of the card.

  1. When I first saw this stamp set, I wondered what could be done with that stamp. My first glance at your card reminded me (and kept reminding me) of a men’s tall chest of drawers. Then when you said you cut them out and popped them up, I thought, well no wonder! Very creative use of those stamps, and the butterflies at the bottom are so perfect!

  2. Love Crisp Cantaloupe and these colors are perfect together as is the way you used them. Such a pretty card, Amy!

  3. Hi Amy- I tried to order two packs of the grid paper and couldn’t find it to place the order…please tell me that it is still available!!!! Roxanne

  4. Oh Amy, you have some patience to fussy cut those envelopes out! 🙂 They came out perfectly and love that you popped them up, that makes your card go to wow! Then your butterflies (you must be seeing them outside a lot, lol) being layered are so cool! I just used this die recently and LOVE the idea to layer them adds another wow factor 😉 And you nailed down 3 challenges/sketches, awesome Amy! How do you do it?!! 😀

    • Thanks Jill! The envelopes were pretty easy…I can do straight cutting (well, sort-of straight) without too much difficulty. 😉 I love it when a plan comes together and I can get 3 challenges with one card! 🙂

  5. Amy great job with our color challenge this week. Love the way you used the envelopes to create the look of draws. Thanks for playing along with us this week at CYCI?

  6. I love this so much. I have the envelope the About the Label set so I will CASE this for my Mum’s Mother’s Day card. Thank you for the wonderful inspiration.
