Stampin’ Up! I Think You’re Great Lots of Dots Sneak Peek

I have another peek at a new stamp set from the 2015-16 Stampin’ Up! catalog.  I used the I Think You’re Great stamp set to create my card to share today.

I Think You're Great - Stamp With Amy K

My card design was inspired by Mojo Monday 397.

Screen Shot 2015-05-16 at 1.13.17 PMI started by adhering a panel of Bermuda Bay card stock to a panel of Cucumber Crush card stock with SNAIL, then to a Watermelon Wonder card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I Think You're Great 2 - Stamp With Amy K

I adhered a panel from the Cherry On Top DSP Stack to a panel of Cucumber Crush card stock, then to the card front with SNAIL.  I cut a small strip from the Cherry On Top DSP Stack and from Cucumber Crush card stock, punched the ends with the Banner Triple Punch and adhered them to the card front with SNAIL.

I Think You're Great 1 - Stamp With Amy K

I adhered a thin strip of Watemelon Wonder card stock across the card front with SNAIL, then I cut a circle with one of the Circles Collection Framelits Dies from Cucumber Crush card stock.  I embossed the panel with the Large Polka Dot Embossing Folder, flipped the circle over and embossed it again, then adhered it to the card front with SNAIL.

I Think You're Great 3 - Stamp With Amy K

I stamped the sentiment from the I Think You’re Great stamp set in Bermuda Bay ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock, punched it out with the 1-3/4″ Circle Punch, then adhered it with SNAIL to a Whisper White card stock circle that I’d cut with another Circles Collection Framelits Die.  I adhered the layered sentiment circle to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals, then punched a flower from Watermelon Wonder card stock with the Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack punch.  I adhered the flower with a Glue Dot, then added a Rhinestone Basic Jewel to the center to finish the card front.

Cherry On Top DSP Stack - Stamp With Amy K

I adhered a strip from the Cherry On Top DSP Stack to a Whisper White panel inside the card.

  1. What a Fun card, Amy! You can never go wrong with circles and dots, and you’ve got them going everywhere! I Love how you embossed the green panel on both sides to give an entirely different effect (and I plan to try this sometime too)! Beautiful and bright! I see your favorite little flower came out to play today~ Hugs

    • Thanks Roberta! I did go a little crazy with the circles and dots today. And I thought that it needed just a little something more…I couldn’t help myself, I had to add a flower punch! 😀

  2. Puts me in a party mood! What a fun theme… just love the colors. Maybe that Cucumber Crush is growing on me a bit and the DSP is gorgeous. I think that sweet little flower is becoming your signature.
