Stampin’ Up! Circle of Spring CAS Thanks

I used the Stampin’ Up! stamp set called Circle of Spring and one of the Expressions Natural Elements to create my card to share today.  I love that this new stamp set matches the existing Wonderful Wreath Framelits Dies!

Circle Of Spring - Stamp With Amy K

The colors for my card were inspired by Pals Paper Arts #255.

Screen Shot 2015-06-12 at 10.07.01 AMI started by embossing a panel of Sahara Sand card stock with the Elegant Dots Embossing Folder.  I trimmed the panel down to the size that I wanted, then adhered it to a panel of Early Espresso card stock with SNAIL and to a Marina Mist card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Circle Of Spring 2 - Stamp With Amy K

I cut the wreath center out first with the Wonderful Wreath Framelits Die from a panel of Whisper White card stock, then I stamped the wreath image from the Circle of Spring photopolymer stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink around the wreath center.  After stamping the wreath, I cut the exterior of the wreath out with the Wonderful Wreath Framelits Die.

Circle Of Spring 3 - Stamp With Amy K

I colored the images with my Mariana Mist, Sahara Sand and Early Espresso Stampin’ Write Markers, then adhered the wreath to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I punched five flowers with the Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack Punch from Marina Mist card stock and I adhered them to the wreath with Glue Dots.

Circle Of Spring 1 - Stamp With Amy K

I tied a bow with Early Espresso 1/4″ Cotton Ribbon and adhered it to the card front with Glue Dots.  I added one of the Expressions Natural Elements to the card front for the sentiment, using rolled up Glue Dots to adhere it.

Elegant Dots Embossing Folder - Stamp With Amy K

I adhered a strip of extra Sahara Sand card stock that I’d embossed with the Elegant Dots Embossing Folder to a panel of Whisper White card stock with SNAIL, then I adhered the Whisper White panel to a panel of Sahara Sand card stock on the inside of the card.
