Stampin’ Up! You’re Sublime Toadally Awesome

I used the Stampin’ Up! stamp set called You’re Sublime to create my card to share today.  This is one of those fun sets that I think I’ll be pulling out often.  🙂

You're Sublime - Stamp With Amy K

The design for my card was inspired by Mojo Monday 403.

Screen Shot 2015-06-26 at 2.37.20 PMI started by adhering a panel from the Cherry on Top DSP Stack to a panel of Whisper White card stock with SNAIL, then to a Cucumber Crush card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals

You're Sublime 2 - Stamp With Amy K

I adhered a panel of Pear Pizzazz DSP from the Subtles DSP Stack to a panel of Whisper White card stock, then to the card front with SNAIL.  I punched both ends of a strip of Cucumber Crush card stock with the Banner Punch, then adhered it to the card front with SNAIL.  I adhered a smaller panel from the Cherry on Top DSP stack to a panel of Cucumber Crush card stock, then to the card front with SNAIL.

You're Sublime 3 - Stamp With Amy KI stamped the image from the You’re Sublime stamp set in StazOn Jet Black Ink on a panel of Pear Pizzazz card stock.  I colored the spots on the toad with my Cucumber Crush Stampin’ Write Marker and the eyes with my White Stampin’ Chalk Marker, then cut the image out with one of the Circles Collection Framelits Dies.

You're Sublime 1 - Stamp With Amy K

I adhered the die cut circle to a 2-1/2″ Circle Punch from Cucumber Crush card stock with SNAIL, then to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I pulled a strand of Linen Thread through a Classy Designer Button, tied a bow and adhered it to the card front with a Stampin’ Dimensionals that I’d cut in half.

You're Sublime 4 - Stamp With Amy K

I covered the sentiment on toad image from the You’re Sublime stamp set with a Post-It Note, then inked up the toad with Cucumber Crush ink.  I removed the Post-It Note and stamped the image on a panel of Whisper White inside the card.

  1. Great card. I love all the “kids” stamps in this catalog. So many possibilities–even fun ideas for friends who are really just “big kids:.
