Stampin’ Up! Vintage Leaves With the In Colors

I used the new Vintage Leaves and Leaflets Framelits from Stampin’ Up! to create my card to share today.  I used the new In Colors, not something that I’d normally think of with leaves, but I think it works!

Vintage Leaves - Stamp With Amy K

My card design was inspired by Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge 275.

Screen Shot 2015-07-03 at 1.53.51 PMThe colors for my card were inspired by Fab Friday 67.

Screen Shot 2015-07-03 at 2.00.52 PMI started by embossing a panel for Delightful Dijon card stock with the Woodgrain Embossing Folder.  I adhered the embossed panel to a panel of Cucumber Crush card stock with SNAIL, then to a Tip Top Taupe card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Vintage Leaves 2- Stamp With Amy K.

I punched a panel of Watermelon Wonder DSP from the 2015-17 In Color DSP Stack with the Banner Triple Punch, then adhered it to the card front with SNAIL.  I embossed a panel of Tip Top Taupe card stock with the Elegant Dots Embossing Folder and I turned it so that the points were facing down and I adhered it to a panel of Cumber Crush card stock, then to the card front with SNAIL.

Vintage Leaves 3 - Stamp With Amy K.

I stamped the leaf image from the Vintage Leaves photopolymer stamp set three times in Cucumber Crush ink on a panel of Mint Macaron card stock.  I cut the images out with the matching Leaflets Framelits Die, then adhered them to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Vintage Leaves 1 - Stamp With Amy K.

I inked the sentiment from the And Many More stamp set in Watermelon Wonder ink, stamped it on scrap paper once, then stamped it on a panel of Mint Macaron card stock.  I punched the sentiment out with the Washi Label Punch and adhered it to the card front with SNAIL.

Vintage Leaves 4 - Stamp With Amy K.

I stamped the leaf image from the Vintage Leaves stamp set in Cucumber Crush ink across the bottom of a Whisper White panel inside the card.

For those of you celebrating the 4th, hope that you all have a happy and safe holiday!
