I used the Stampin’ Up! stamp sets called Bountiful Border and Bravo to create my card to share today.
My card design was inspired by CAS(E) this Sketch #130.
And the theme for my card was inspired by Just Us Girls #300.
I started by adhering panel from the Pretty Petals DSP Stack to a panel of Old Olive card stock with SNAIL, then to a Calypso Coral card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Then I stamped the sentiment from the Bravo photopolymer stamp set in Old Olive ink on a panel of Very Vanilla card stock. Then I stamped the flower image from the Bountiful Border photopolymer stamp set in Calypso Coral ink above the sentiment. I used a Post-It Note to create a mask to cover the edges of the flower and I stamped the image of the leaves over the flower in Old Olive ink.
I cut the image and sentiment out with one edge of the largest Lots of Labels Framelits Dies. To do this, simply slide your panel into one side of the die (as shown above) and roll it through your Big Shot just far enough to cut the edge. Then reverse it back out and you’ll have a die cut on one side of your panel.
I repeated the process with a panel of Old Olive card stock that was 1/8″ longer. I trimmed away a very narrow edge along both sides of the Very Vanilla panel so that it was slightly smaller, then adhered them together and to the card front with SNAIL.
I stamped the flower image from the Bountiful Border stamp set two additional times in Calypso Coral ink on a separate panel of Very Vanilla card stock. I snipped around the internal petals to create layers, then adhered the larger one to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the smaller with SNAIL.
I added a few Pearl Basic Jewels near the flower to finish the card front.
I adhered a leftover strip of the Pretty Petals DSP to a panel of Very Vanilla card stock inside the card.
