Stampin’ Up! Tin of Cards Happy Hello & Blog Candy Winners!

I used the Stampin’ Up! Tin of Cards stamp set to create a “happy hello” card to share today.

Tin of Cards - Stamp With Amy K

My card design was inspired by Mojo Monday 408.

Screen Shot 2015-07-30 at 2.52.12 PMI started by adhering a panel of Schoolhouse DSP to a panel of Whisper White card stock with SNAIL.  I adhered a smaller panel from the Schoolhouse DSP to a panel of Whisper White card stock, then to the card front with SNAIL.

Tin of Cards 2 - Stamp With Amy K

I adhered a rectangle from the Schoolhouse DSP pack to a rectangle of Pacific Point card stock, then to the card front with SNAIL.  I wrapped a strand of Pool Party 1/4″ Cotton Ribbon around the panel and adhered it with SNAIL, then adhered the layered panel to a Pacific Point card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Tin of Cards 3 - Stamp With Amy K

I stamped the sentiment from the Tin of Cards photopolymer stamp set in Pool Party ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock.  I punched the sentiment out with the 1-3/4″ Circle Punch and I adhered it with SNAIL to a circle that I’d cut from Pool Party card stock with a Circles Collection Framelits die.  I adhered the layered sentiment to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Tin of Cards 1 - Stamp With Amy K

I punched three flowers with the Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack punch from the Schoolhouse DSP pack and adhered them to the card front with Glue Dots.  I added a Pearl Basic Jewel to the center of each flower, then gently lifted the petals around the pearl.

Schoolhouse DSP - Stamp With Amy K

I adhered a strip of leftover Schoolhouse DSP to a Whisper White panel inside the card.

  1. What a fun card Amy! Those bikes are too cute and you masterfully combined the DSP to be fresh and fun and not overwhelming.

  2. Hi Amy!  Each day I look forward to checking on you and your cards to inspire and get my creative motor running!  Your kind sharing of your measurements and directions helps me to have success in my card making!  Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Mary Gallaher Rochester, Minnesota

    • Thanks so much for your nice comments Mary! I’m so glad that you’re enjoying my projects and that you like the instructions. I appreciate hearing that. 🙂

  3. This is the first time I realized this pretty DSP has a bicycle print included in it… Thanks for highlighting this paper… Lots of men enjoy riding their bicycles, making it a good print for masculine cards! Thanks, Amy!
