I used another new stamp set and die bundle from the 2015 Stampin’ Up! Holiday Catalog called Howl-o-ween Treat to create my card to share today.

My card design was inspired by Retrosketches #176.

I started by adhering a narrow panel from the Happy Haunting DSP (available Sept 1) pack to a larger panel of Happy Haunting DSP with SNAIL.  I wrapped a strand of the HappySweet Li’l Things Designer Washi Tape around the panel, then adhered the DSP to a Tangelo Twist card stock panel with SNAIL.  I adhered the layered panels to a Basic Black card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I cut the bottom of a Tangelo Twist card stock panel with the scallop die from the Cutie Pie Thinlits die set, then adhered it to the card front with SNAIL.  I adhered a strip of Very Vanilla card stock over the Tangelo Twist die cut panel, then used the “spooky” die from the Seasonal Frame Thinlits Dies (available Sept 1) to cut the sentiment from Black Glimmer Paper (available Sept 1…I LOVE this paper!!).  I adhered the die cut sentiment to the card front with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I used the 2-1/2″ Circle Punch to punch a circle from Hello Honey card stock and I adhered the circle with SNAIL to a Basic Black card stock circle that I’d cut with a Circles Collection Framelits die, then to the card front with SNAIL.

I stamped the owl image from the Howl-o-ween Treat stamp set (available Sept 1) in the Stampin’ Up! Basic Black Archival Ink (available Sept 1) on a panel of Very Vanilla card stock, then I stamped the little pumpkin bucket from that stamp set in Tangelo Twist ink on the Very Vanilla panel and I cut them both out with the Boo to You Framelits dies (available Sept 1).  I adhered the two die cuts to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I adhered a strip from the Happy Haunting DSP to a Very Vanilla panel inside the card.
